The experienced educators at the Ashton Academy  will do “whatever it takes” to help your child learn.  Ida Genova is trained in the FDU Eclectic Psycholinguistic Method and employs a variety of both cognitive and behavioral learning techniques.  Ralph Genova is a personable math teacher, with a wide variety of experience in helping all types of students learn math concepts.  Both Ralph and Ida believe in the concept of “students learning” rather than “teachers teaching,” and they guide their students to discover concepts for themselves.  This student discovery bolsters achievement in and out of the classroom and enhances student self-esteem.
